What to expect

We can have an introductory session so that you can have a sense of whether I am the right person for you to be working with.

If we agree to move forward, we will go through an initial assessment, for me to understand your needs and goals, learn a little bit more about you and for you to ask any questions you have about what to expect of therapeutic support.

Session Duration

Sessions are 50 minutes duration on a weekly basis, but flexibility can be discussed if you are unable to manage regular sessions.

Fees

Sessions will be charged at a rate of £80 per session, payable by bank transfer or cash.
